For playing:

There must be at least 2 teams.

7 chips are distributed to each one (between the players the cards can not be seen)

the order will be round.

To start playing:

A player must take a double number.

The player that touches throwing him must throw the same number that has doubled out.

The player that goes below can choose between throwing the same number as the previous player, or the first player.

So on until the game is finished.
I played with my family and it was very fun and entertaining.
